A Lover s Distraught

As the time passes,as the trees grow,

I love you more than anything and thats all I know,

You know this fact,

Despite all the cruel ways in which you react.

You were the one who went away,

But still its you who stays in my heart night and day,

Over you I am still in tears,

As my heart goes up in flares.

I still remember our first kiss,

And still trying to find where it all went amiss,

I couldn’t have done anything more,

I loved you to my heart’s core.

The thing remains only in past,

Yet our feelings towards each other totally contrast,

Times have changed and so have you,
